And I just feel like we're having a great service, great singers, great musicians, great sound effects and everything.

[1:50] But I feel like we just may be lacking a little bit of one mind and one accord. I wonder if I can get everybody in the church to do this. Now see if you're old or young or ugly or pretty, you can all do this.

[9:32] You're screaming for relief. You've been seeking for something and you're just about to give up and thought you couldn't find it. And God has just lit on my shoulders and told me he's here tonight to meet your need.

[9:43] He's here to take away that pain and that hurt. Oh yes. He's here tonight to ease that burden off of you. There's no sense in you suffering any longer. Who's listening to me?

[68:44] And another, you let a drunk get saved for about a year in church and another drunk come in the door and they'll move on the other side of church. They can't sit over there by them. That's one of them old alcoholics. What was you a year ago?

[76:06] They had a revival. And it started two years ago. And they're still going. For two years now. They've had four churches branch off now and started four different churches. That's helping them.

[76:17] But four pastors in that church went out and started churches from that revival. And John Frost, my friend, is one of them. He's got his own church now in Smyrna, Tennessee. From that revival. So God, they're going to tell folks what's going to happen here.

[76:29] Which way y'all going to go with the walls? Where are you going to build to? What are you going to do? What? Need to build a new church and we got the money. The bad news is it's still in y'all's pockets, he said.

[77:44] We're driving down the road, went out towards Silver Spring Shores. Anybody ever been to Silver Spring, Florida? Got out there and he went, oh, grab the steering wheel shirt. I said, what's wrong? He said, God said, we're going to build a church here.

[77:56] I said, Brother Dave, I thought you had one for a call. You know what I was doing? I was scared of death. I thought if I had the money, I'd go back home, but God was teaching me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And he said, I brought $4,000 with me.

[78:12] We went and found a storefront. We went to the funeral home, bought some folding chairs. I thought he'd lost his mind, but God was teaching me. I never forget the night we opened it up and had four people.

[78:25] he got up and said I'm going to believe God tonight for a thousand dollars in offering I thought that old commercial I used to watch cuckoo for cocoa puffs I'll tell y'all the truth third night of the revival running eight or ten at night a lady walked in named Sister Pat Johnson my dear friend to this day dear personal friend to me and my family husband was an author wrote many books and he died about a year before she walked in the church that night she looked like sad sack remember that old comic book now I'm so amazed she looked like that little droopy dog used to be on a cartoon said hooray, hooray she couldn't smile and I thought what did she even come for but boy she was so miserable had lost her children had lost her husband all she had was a bunch of money she come in that night and Brother Dave preached a message

[79:34] I never will forget it and I can see that woman's countenance changing right there in that service y'all know what's coming don't you and at the end of the service she come up and said oh my life was miserable and she said I come in here with the weight of the world she said I have money I have everything I need house in Oklahoma Florida on Lake Weir I'm talking about and I got a home down in Bellevue Florida I got a home over in Sanford Florida she said and I'm miserable but said I felt something tonight just lift off me she said I feel so happy what do y'all need but they said I need a church she said I'll sell my house down on Lake Weir I'll sell that house it's only worth $150,000 but we'll sell it and we'll build you a church you know what I got to be associate pastor in that church that's see I wasn't just fun and I'm talking about what I'm talking about and I can tell you on and on and on went to Sanford Florida started a church there today 250 people on five acres beautifulest church you've ever seen 2200 square foot house we left it there

[80:40] I'm talking about 250 shouting holy go like y'all doing in here went in there with nothing not a dime put up a big old tent but they put an ad in the Orlando sentinel paper that big spent every penny we had he said we out of money I mean I just kept staying scared constantly I'm from Livermore, Kentucky you don't go to Florida ain't got money to get home on opening night I'm telling the truth put out 150 chairs biggest tent chair I've ever seen in your life but 150 chairs all we had one man come in the door one man I went in the house of Brother Dave we can't have church there's one man he said oh no he'd been doing this for 45, 50 years he said oh no we have church I went out there and got on the guitar I never will get it I live it right now I closed my eyes and started singing beating that guitar he's a rock that doesn't roll just me no music no help no nothing just me and my guitar I sang

Christians go well I don't care for a pretty good revival but now let's be real it's the last day people and I want you to know that right in this little area four blocks that away and four blocks that way if it goes I don't know how far it goes there's hundreds of sinners dying and headed to hell you ain't got them all yet you ain't reached them all what you got in here so it's gonna everybody say prayer look at your neighbor and say let's just start praying some more come on look it don't be scared it's gonna take fasting look at your neighbor and say let's start fasting a little more now some of y'all ain't fasted in 20 years you've only been a

[98:13] Christian for 10 I try to tell my people home I have my men say well I work on a hard job I got some logging men and coal miners in my church and I tell them look you gotta look at it this way saints let me tell you something you can fast in many different ways now I'm not talking about cheating if you can fast 24 hours with nothing but water that's what you need to do but listen God has provisions God's got a brain he knows you need to work listen you can get up and find something you really love and say God today I'm doing without this I'm fasting this from you like coffee you get up and say Lord today 24 hours from now to in the morning I ain't drinking none of my coffee some of y'all would rather go without food some of y'all get up in the morning and crawl to the coffee pot your best friend is black and decker you can't wait to get in there and just get a hold of that coffee pot and you just smooch on and kiss it your husband don't get the tension in the coffee pot done somebody say amen oh me out say oh me out or something but there's ways you can do it fast fast for me

[99:27] I learned this with brother Dave he'd go two weeks and not eat meat he'd eat everything but just not eat meat he'd go three weeks not eat bread he just always now I'm just as free please don't run me out of Louisville yet and I gotta go I gotta be I gotta get home tonight and go down to our Lions Club and set up 100 chairs and take down 20 tables and hook all of our instruments and PA system up so I can go to bed and get up for church in the morning but that don't matter I like what I'm feeling and I've been praying Lord let me take some of this home with me wish I could bottle it up but let me it's gonna take giving I have giving no not what it's gonna take to cut this thing loose it's gonna take sacrificial giving brother Van didn't pay me to say this this wasn't how things was gonna go let me share this I'm about done I started a church 21 months ago

[100:30] I was driving down the road I said Lord if you want me to start a church in this area you gotta show me I done messed up too many times I wanna do what's right I wasn't a bad guy but sometimes I thought God said go this way and I take off running and found out God said go that way I drive down the road and I passed a little church hear me this is important and I pulled in a little old red brick church sitting in the middle of nowhere and I pulled in a parking lot and I thought what in the world I thought it crazy somebody crying out here in the middle of nowhere and God said listen now listen I heard people crying and God said that's people that are crying for reality that's people that's seeds bride seeds that are crying I said Lord if you'll open these doors I'll get in here God opened the doors I met a lady that owned a building and I went and met her and she said it's been here since 1919

[101:32] Stringtown Pentecostal Church built 83 years ago y'all never really heard of Stringtown Pentecostal Church let me tell you there was two young boys that used to go to church there named Kenny and Ronnie Henson that's where they went to church and got started the PA system I've been using for 21 months they put it up you ever heard of the Henson family singers!

[102:00] Stringtown Church gave them their first offering for a new set of tires and sent them to their first singing where they went out of town old brother Donnie was on his way up I went preaching on the radio we went to pray and we was having Friday night two and three hour prayer meetings we was fasting listen to me I'm trying to hurry and God started building first night we had 109 I had a revival three night revival with Steve McElvain my brother in law we had 112 126 and our record attendance was 129 God was healing cancers I was telling you last night about sister Debbie God was healing people's necks had these big things on her God was touching people left and right that was 21 months ago and today I'm running 80 to 85 regular full time members our Sunday morning offering is about $1200 I'm not rich I put every penny into the church haven't yet received a salary but I'm about two for long are y'all hearing me bless my wife my wife's a trooper all of it happened through praying and fasting and those people had to give now everything's not always a bed of roses this ain't a gravy train with biscuit wheels about two months ago the very lady who gave me the building to use who said

[103:23] I'll let you stay here for 25 years and I'll never charge you rent and never ask you to leave I kept preaching a little more got a little harder got a little into it got to showing Egypt the Canaan's land blood fire and water growing up in we got some started shouting dancing got about eight or ten teenagers at a holy ghost holy rollers hallelujah all of a sudden she didn't like it and guess what we were booted out of our church out of the building I thought oh god this can't be happening we fasted we prayed we held on but you know what I didn't lose anybody but that woman her husband one of the couple had 84 people and 80 of them went with me we're meeting at the Lions Club yeah I'm talking about I know what I'm talking about I'm living it I'm experiencing it I ain't lost what I'm on you so brother are you telling us what to do what to do and you're in the Lions Club yeah but let me tell you what's happening we're meeting in the

[104:23] Lions Club and last Sunday we had 79 at the Lions Club and Sunday about a month ago I said we're going to have to raise money to build a new church and everybody started giving I'm talking about y'all got to get this before I get done here I'm done Stringtown Pentecostal Church I'll give 100 I'll give 200 I'll give 150 I'll give 100 when we've done I had $5,000 $5,000 now that was enough I was shooting through the roof going crazy I'm done this is my last statement Sunday before last not this past Sunday but the last one that brother Jay Stanley the one I said I love to hear talk he got and said brother Don I want to help you build this church me and my wife going to give $10,000 he gave me $10,000 cash not a check cash I was so nervous I couldn't sleep that night so today after 31 days we've got $15,000 cash and we were given a piece of property worth $7,000

[105:27] I have a free and clear title and we're about to break ground and start building some new church I know what I'm talking about and I think I'm going to do what brother Van just said tonight tonight unbeknownst to many of you we're going to take up an offering for y'all to knock out a wall and expand you're going to need it if you believe with me y'all know this revival didn't come just for y'all don't you this move that's been happening how many did you baptize here the other day about 40 it ain't just for here but see God always starts getting the hub ready first he starts getting the inner wheel ready first he starts getting the nucleus ready because he's getting I'm telling you the only reason this is happening he's getting ready to bring them in and y'all got to be ready for it see when all of them starts coming in brother Van can't do it all y'all going to have to be prayed up fasted up and ready to go you're going to have to be helping people at the altar here here here and here and over there there's going to have to be people singing there's going to have to be people sitting out in chairs there's going to have to be people greeting people you're going to have to work so God's blessing you first so I'm about to

[106:40] I need something big I want a garbage can a bucket a can we're going to take up an offer night listen listen right now the first thing's hitting everybody's mind how much does my bank count that'll never work you got to stand up and give a sacrificial offering that's just fine y'all never forget this for nothing else I took y'all never forget this because nothing else I took the offering up in the garbage can that's another thing I'm crazy everybody in my church knows I'm crazy my people love me because I'm crazy they bring visitors and they tell them now look our pastor you don't ever know what he's going to do I trained them up that way I taught don't ever get embarrassed because who knows what I'm liable to do so we got in the Lions Club we didn't have no offering plates God knows I'm standing here telling the truth and they said we'll go buy you some I said no don't I'm going to use this for an opportunity the first Sunday I took up the offering in a guitar case the second

[107:42] Sunday I had them go back in the kitchen the Lions Club and they got me a big old cooking pan and I took the offering up the cooking pan I said you couldn't touch it you put a penny and I told them I said none of y'all give any change you'll be too embarrassed some of y'all dropping your change in take it to White Castle and get you a cup of coffee I'm talking about y'all I wish we did have a White Castle I'm taking me 30 home tonight when I oh I'm sorry I'm talking about fasting now eating and my people last Sunday said listen why are you taking the offering up any day I said I don't know and Brother Sullivan a man in my church he and his wife I'm surprised to even go to my church these people are the elite he owns Sullivan Plumbing and Heaton in Madisonville matter of fact he's got four different businesses and he's so successful we don't even work here no more his son works with Thorn he comes in his wife little sister Sullivan she decks out boy she wears the nicest clothes she wears a fur coat everything they come in and sit there and everybody's shouting jumping they just stand and go

[108:49] I got them out of the first Baptist church in Madisonville they don't miss a service they wouldn't miss for nothing they've done get several hundred listen to me Brother Sullivan come in last week in a service had a sack he said here Brother army hat some hard army helmet it's like a football helmet and my people told me after service last Sunday whatever you do don't get no offering pans we're excited every week wondering what you're going to use I'll tell you anything will work if the Holy Ghost gets on you so I'm not going to buy no offering pans now I've got to come up every Sunday what I'm going to take it up in next I want you to get ready to give right now get ready to give every penny of this is going to go to this building being ready hallelujah every oh I feel a Holy Ghost anointed I got to share this with you and we're going to take it up and be done let you go oh yeah

[111:55] Dave y'all don't want him to come up here y'all fool around I'll call him to come up here his son Enoch Rich just built a church in central city Kentucky and he raised about 15 20 thousand but he owed 42 thousand brother Dave came and held him a revival about six months ago guess what in one night he raised 42 thousand dollars in offering yeah y'all think I'm kidding about that because I know that's unusual but he's not now thank you God bless you thank you thank you thank you God bless you thank you thank you whenever they count the offering up whatever it may be we'll pay our tithes out of that offering into this here if you don't mind and all the offering I took up here tonight whatever y'all give me goes into my building fund for our building I'm not going to keep a penny of it my people helped me come up here and every penny I'm preaching for Harold Lamb next month in Smithville I'm going with him to revival

[117:55] don't say I'll give it and forget about it I mean give it the Bible said it's better not to vow to God not keep it I'm telling you the vow vow God will do it I ain't got time to tell you the financial stories but for every miracle I've seen I've seen people get blessed financially I went to Dallas Texas and took up an offering Brother Dave Rich seen it all but I went to Dallas Texas took up an offering for my church to start my church got $1200 Brother Dave gave $200 only money he had in his pocket $200 the next day he got an income tax check in the mail for $2,100 that he didn't know he was getting back he overpaid his taxes he come in church saying I believe!

[118:47] that will be 10 times more than what that money is you just gave I had two hands for $500 you won't be able to contain the blessing you mark it down in the leaf of your Bible you won't be able to contain the blessing God is going to give to you because I know many of you that was a sacrifice but saints it's not it's not anything as a man is there anybody else are we done sis if that all comes in what you got written on paper what would that amount be listen ladies and gentlemen listen we're almost done y'all have me back sometime I won't keep you so long $2100 if it all comes in come on give God a hand clap money still coming in money is still coming in come on y'all clap brother daryl just count real quickly just give me a ball park this is just the beginning is there anybody

[120:04] I missed anybody that wants to believe God you want to get on the boat it's not too late hallelujah hallelujah you will be blessed you listen listen that will be fine that will be fine hallelujah now when I started this I had four thousand dollars in mind just from out of the clear blue sky we got twenty-one and whatever he's counting but may the Lord just show me that's what's coming if you got workers in the church people in the church to help donate your time donate what you can amen and God is going to move yeah women can donate food well I know I'm in a true Pentecostal church now brother Van's going to have a baptism baptism service baptizing service if you need me to stick around

[121:06] I will stick around you tell me what to do and I'll do it if not I wouldn't ever be in a hurry I knew when I come I need to stay a while but I I'm going to home and electric piano so I'll get in bed I don't know two or three in the morning or something like I see a hand I'm gonna get that's the past when I'm here I'm under his rule I'm under his authority yes son oh dear God I will do that for that You better believe.
