[0:00] 1 verse 1, the words of King Libby will open the prophecy that his mother taught him. Well, our mother has taught us a lot of stuff, hasn't it?
[0:13] The prevailing opinion, since there's nobody in the Bible named Libby, no king anywhere, the prevailing thought is that this is another name for Saul himself.
[0:27] The word is probably a type that it means beloved of God. Any of these names that end in E-L, that stands for God, there's something about God in that name.
[0:43] And so it's promised. If it is Samuel, who's his mother, sometimes I say, if it is Saul, who's his mother, that's she loves.
[0:54] That's she was a great woman. She made it in the call of fame in the New Testament. And when David did the dastardly deed with her, she never loved fame at one moment.
[1:07] It was not her fault. She had much influence in the court of the king. And this could very well be some things that she taught Saul. All right, verse 2.
[1:18] I wish he'd listen to her.
[1:29] Nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings. And she's still talking about women. She said that which destroyeth kings.
[1:40] And she is trying to teach her son, watch out for bad women. Nobody knows exactly who wrote verses 10 through 31.
[1:56] There is no martyr that suggests a paragraph in the originals. And I see no reason to believe the same person who wrote the first part.
[2:11] Wrote the second, especially since she mentioned women at the outset. Bad women. And she's telling her son to be careful about the women you choose and run with.

[2:47] She is far above Williams. In fact, I began to read things about mothers. Both secular and religious. Almost all sermons and articles talk about the good mother and what makes one.
[3:08] So I decided on where I was going to do this work. I went through all my reading.
[3:20] And I chose the seven characteristics of the ideal wife and mother. According to the world. According to mankind. The seven characteristics.
[3:34] Then we are going to compare what the world thinks is an ideal mother with what God does here. Come on. In this passage. Okay, Don, you give them that. I've run enough for everybody to get one of these sheets.
[3:45] And it lists the seven characteristics of the ideal wife and mother. It's given unto everybody, man as well. Hope you have a pen.
[4:00] What I have done. I have gone through. And I've listed in that space underneath. Number one. Underneath number two. And so on. I've listed the first numbers.
[4:12] In Proverbs 31.10. 2.3. That. Had to do with that subject there. If a verse talked about her being a hard worker.
[4:28] I put that verse number under number three. Then I just lined them up across there. See how many verses in here talked about her being a hard worker. So I want you to do that too.
[4:40] I'll tell you what verses I have listed. See if they match the ones that you. See if you agree with me. This is, by the way, the greatest passage on motherhood in all of my life.
