[41:19] Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5.
[41:31] Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5.
[42:07] Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 5. Verse 6. and to endure in glory above.
[42:23] A man will be, as someone has put it, what he is fit for. And a man will have what he is fit for. His life here settles how much of God a man shall be able to hold when he stands in his locked at the end of the days.
[42:43] And his allotted portion, as it stretches out before him, will be the best, the issue and outcome, will be but the issue and outcome of his life here on earth.
[43:02] So in our real sense, as Christians live in this world, they're living, and don't misunderstand me here, they're living to earn as much of God as they will be able to hold.
[43:17] But even though we use the word earn, let us remember this, that the reward that God will give will always be a reward of grace.
[43:28] It will be given to them. It will be given to them freely by God, of his grace. So the reward of heaven, just as salvation itself, will be according to the grace of God.
[43:43] But the reward is inseparably and inescapably connected with the kind of life that you live in this world.
[43:53] And I come back to the question I answered, I asked already. For whom are you living in this world? What are you seeking to earn in the light of eternity?
[44:06] And what you'll receive, you will receive nothing but what you've earned. You will receive nothing but what will be used.
[44:16] It will be no one else's but used. Fitted perfectly for you and for no one else. Remember what Jesus said, in my Father's house are many mansions, many rooms.
[44:29] If it were not so, I would have told you. If you think of yourself purchasing a home, a home which is exactly suited to your needs, there is no more in it and no less than you need.
[44:45] It is used and no one else's. You can think of heaven in that way. You can think of your portion and glory in that way. It will be used and no one else's.
[44:59] Oh, my friend, how much of God is used tonight? Do you have God?
[45:11] Do you serve God? Do you love God? Do you look forward to the day when you will see God? See Him as He is in Jesus Christ.
[45:24] This is the reward of heaven for those who hope to go there. The vision of God in Christ. The only way in which God can be seen will be, we believe, well, physically, literally anyway, when they see His face, when they see Christ.
[45:45] But there is a spiritual perception here. God is known and God is seen in this world. We have seen His glory, said John.
[45:57] Not just the glory that was visible to His own eye, but that glory that was spiritual. There are people in this church tonight who have felt God, who have known God, who have seen God in His grace, experienced God in His power.
[46:14] They have seen Him. They know Him. And they look forward to the day when they will see Him. And there will be nothing coming in between the sight which is spiritual.
[46:27] Don't ask me to explain it. There are many things which come between them and that spiritual sight tonight. They've got sin and they've got defilement and they've got defects and they've got distractions and they've got difficulties and they've got dilemmas.
[46:43] But they'll have none of these things when they will stand in their lot at the end of the days.
[46:55] And in that lot they will see Him. They will have fellowship with Him. And they will have fellowship with all those who will be with them in that lot.
[47:11] We do not yet know, said John, what we shall be. But we know that when He shall appear we shall be like Him. For we shall see Him as He is.
[47:26] Does that thought encourage your heart tonight? Does it encourage you to struggle on come what may?
[47:37] and as you are bidden, as Daniel was bidden, go thou thy way till the end be.
[47:49] Are you prepared to tread the path that He clearly marks out before you in the Gospel and leave the many questions which you cannot answer, the problems that you cannot solve and the difficulties which you cannot surmount?
[48:11] Are you prepared to leave them in His hand and go the way that He so clearly sets before you? May God grant to us the grace and the courage to take that way.
[48:28] You are you prepared to live yet.
[48:51] Hello,報告. Hi.
