[0:00] This message was recorded at Vision Baptist Church in Alfred, Georgia. It is our prayer that you will be blessed by the preaching of God's Word. Pastor Canfield, speak a few minutes. I was 21 when I first came to this church.
[0:14] And I got to be in a class with Brother Tony. And he told me about the testimony of Brother Tobias.
[0:25] And how God used him in Peru. And how many men were called to the ministry there. And I saw it here and I saw it there in Peru.
[0:39] As I spent my six-month internship there. I got to teach their daughter in Children's Church. I got to learn a lot of things from Pastor Ronald.
[0:52] I'm thankful for his friendship. I'm thankful for his testimony. I thank you for his kindness. In 1 Corinthians 1, verses 4.
[1:07] Paul starts his letter by telling the church at Corinth. Pablo comienza su carta diciendo a la iglesia de Corinto. That he is thankful. Que él está agradecido. For the grace. Por la gracia. That was given to that church.
[1:18] Que fue dada a la iglesia. In Philippians 1, verses 3. In Philippians 1, verses 3. Paul gives thanks to God. Pablo da gracia al Señor. For every remembrance of the saints.

[5:23] Y me pone derechito. Y me dice caminá como el dólar. I didn't know what he was talking about. Yo ni le entendía. He said you're up and down all the time.
[5:35] Porque dice subís y bajás siempre. He said you need to learn to walk like a man. Dice aprende caminá como un hombre. And that was my very first time to meet Pastor Ronald. Era la primera vez que conocí al Pastor Ronald.
[5:45] Y es la primera lección que tenía del Pastor Ronald. Y ya hasta el día de hoy estoy aprendiendo esto. Pero él me ha enseñado mucho de cómo caminar.
[5:59] Y como él es un papá. Un marido, pastor. Ha sido un gran ejemplo para mí.
[6:10] En 1 Juan 1.7 Dice si caminamos en la luz Como él está en la luz Tenemos compañerismo uno con el otro.
[6:23] Y hemos tenido 11 años de compañerismo. Porque él ha caminado en la luz Y él me ha mostrado cómo caminar en la luz. Y esto significa mucho para mí.
[6:35] En el verso 3 y 4 Dice que como caminamos en la luz Y tenemos el compañerismo Nuestro gozo sea lleno Sabe que no hay mejor comunión Que la comunión que tienen los hermanos en Cristo Nosotros compartimos una oficina en el edificio anterior Y mi corazón estaba lleno de gozo El verso número 5 aquí dice El verso número 5 dice Este es el mensaje que hemos oído de él Y os anunciamos Que Dios es luz Como yo sentaba antes con el pastor Ronald Yo sabía que él ha escuchado del mismo Dios del cielo Yo sabía su testimonio Siempre estaba recordado de su trabajo Que Dios tenía un amor por el mundo
[7:38] Y que ambos hemos escuchado el mismo mensaje de Dios Y aunque estamos trabajando en otros idiomas Estamos compartiendo el mismo mensaje El verso número 6 Si decimos que tenemos comunión con él Y andamos en tinieblas Mentimos si no practicamos la verdad El pastor Ronald ha hecho que la comunión con Dios ha sido su prioridad Es un siervo de Dios Él no fue en venta Él sirve al Señor porque ama a Dios Cuando el pastor Gardner me dijo que el pastor Ronald venía acá a Estados Unidos Yo sabía que el pastor Gardner era muy en serio de alcanzar la gente hispana acá Yo sabía que él iba a estar dejando las cosas a un gran costo
[8:42] Él estaba dejando un ministerio que iba a costar 500 años Él estaba dejando un ministerio que iba a costar 500 años para alguna persona Y él estaba confiando en Dios Y cuando él dijo sí Yo estaba tan gozoso Porque yo no dudaba Que había un servicio como así Lleno de gente como ustedes Tocado por la vida del pastor Y su familia Porque él es fiel al Señor And he walks in the light Y él camina en la luz And people want to follow after that Y la gente quiere seguir esto So Pastor Ronald Entonces Pastor Ronald I expect that we will continue to have joyful fellowship together Espero que tengamos una comunión gozoso Because I'm going to follow you as you walk in the light Porque yo te voy a seguir mientras que caminas en la luz I believe that we'll continue to work together Vamos a continuar trabajando juntos As we'll proclaim the same message that we have heard from God Porque estamos proclamando el mismo mensaje que hemos escuchado I expect that you will remain true to God Espero que continúes fiel al Señor
