Philippians 1:1-30

Description

Everything is toward the glory and praise of God, but we need to know what that looks like.
Paul's prayer of thankfulness for the Philippians is for what God has achieved in their lives. God is constantly at work in our lives and never gives up on us.
The fruit of righteousness comes from Christ's nature in us.
Simply affirming that everything is to the glory and praise of God is not enough - we need discernment to approve the good and avoid error. Discernment is also to the glory and praise of God.
Change happens to those listening - God's word is unchanging.
